THE ACADEMY STORY...
For
those of you who didn't know already, the Take 2 Centre used
to operate as Windsor Food Services and where the theatre
stands was one of four large freezer units attached to the
office block (now Chatterbox Day Nursery and Out of School
Club). What is now the Box Office / Foyer area was a loading
bay and the Windsor Bar (named after our predecessors) was
a storage unit. The other freezer units have become studios
1 & 2, music and training rooms and the dance studio.
A new dressing room block to the rear of the theatre will
compliment the Academy complex and hopefully work will begin
on this as soon as possible.
We offer our grateful thanks to all concerned for the marvellous
support we have received. As a theatrical family, having our
own theatre is not only a dream come true but an opportunity
for us to help keep theatre alive in this area.
For the Winter season again, we will offer a live theatre
programme, both professional and amateur and more importantly
the centre will give students of the already thriving Take
2 Theatre Schools a base in which to perform their talents.
We look forward to seeing you and your friends at the 'Academy'
in the very near future - why not get into the Academy habit

We are always delighted to welcome groups. Check with the theatre

Return of Tickets
No refunds are available unless a performance is cancelled.
We will exchange for another performance of the same show if
